ABOUT
Oh hi! I am Brittany Misra, a multi-hyphenate, certified holistic wellbeing coach whose practice is rooted in personal liberation. Anaïs Nin’s renowned quote “we don’t see things as they are, we see them as we are,” serves as a foundational principle in my coaching offerings which are designed to help clients identify and dismantle internal systems, limiting beliefs, and conditioning that are standing in the way of an authentic existence.
My mission is to help clients expand their lens, find better alignment within themselves, and create more space in their lives for the things that truly matter to them through identifying personal ethos, growth mindset education, subtraction, and support while overcoming challenges and roadblocks on the way to meeting their goals. This is a generative and collaborative process involving design thinking, narrative intervention, co-created action plans, clarity, and accountability.
In these globally volatile times, one of the most radical acts is to learn how to attune to our inner guide, get out of our own way, and show up in community as better leaders equipped with capacity to help build a more inspired path forward. Personal liberation is a catalyst for revolution.
My own journey has been a quest to understand the human experience - what motivates people, social systems, politics, cultures, and what lives beneath the surface. Degrees in anthropology, sociology, web design and interactive media led me to a digital marketing career during an incredibly exciting and metamorphic time in the digital age. A 15 year tenure in the tech industry taught me how to navigate constant change, unpredictability, and high pressure environments. A challenging family dynamic connected me with many outsourced mentors over my life - from professors, coaches, and therapists, to monks and shamans - each of whom taught me tools and philosophies from different modalities to service as light posts in lieu of family support.
In addition to coaching, I am an avid reader, traveler, urban cycler, wu-tang enthusiast, photographer, and registered yoga teacher who is passionate about eastern philosophy, quantum healing, and yogic ideology as it relates to overcoming the internal challenges that come with being human. I bring laser focus, empathy, curiosity, humor, and organization to every session, and enjoys helping clients identify hidden strengths and tools that can be creatively leveraged as they work toward each win.
We go further together.

HOW IT WORKS
Coaching is a holistic practice that addresses the entire person in order to help them reach their goals. The process adapts to individual circumstances, meeting clients where they are, with what they need, when they need it. It is mindfully designed to empower and guide clients to find the answers within themselves.
Sessions are facilitated by a trained, professional coach who puts the control directly into the hands of the client. In this dynamic, the client leads the relationship - they are the expert on themselves and they define their goals, their playbook, and what success looks like to them. The coach provides committed expertise, insight, perspective, navigation, accountability, and a growth mindset in a productive and creative environment.
Each coaching session is 30 minutes using the following structure:
Vision and long term goal outlining
Identify your focus
Explore your values
Goal setting and action plan
Session wrap-up and key takeaways
Note: While overlap exists between coaching and therapy, coaching is not therapy. Coaching is present and future focused. Therapy is past and present focused.
WHAT’S THE CLIENT'S RESPONSIBILITY?
The client is in the driver’s seat. A good client is committed, coachable, and trusts the process. A great client is transparent, receptive, and ready to do the work - both in and between sessions.
